Nature Eco Living Serifos hotel offers two types of reservation policies, depending on your schedule and desired payment method.

The Flexible Policy requires a 30% deposit of the total amount for your stay, payable during the reservation process and you pay the remaining balance upon your arrival. If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your arrival, there is no extra charge and the deposit is refunded. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date, then 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. In case of no show, premature departure or arrival after the reserved dates, 100% of total accommodation or remaining accommodation charges will be charged.

The Non Refundable Policy is applied on specialty rates and requires full payment for the whole duration of your stay. Changes are not permitted in these bookings and all payments are non-refundable.
Please note than no refund is given either in case of cancellation or no show, since this policy applies only to special offers made on these terms.

All rates are applied per room for the number* of guests accommodated as per each room’s description and include all taxes and Greek breakfast.

Please keep in mind that prior written acknowledgement from Nature Eco Living Serifos is necessary for the confirmation of any booking!

*Number of guests accommodated in each type of room:

• Nature Garden View Room: 2 guests
• Nature Sea View Room: 2 guests
• Nature Premium Sea View Room: 3 guests (upon request & availability, in an extra bed)

Children Policy

Please note that the hotel accepts only guests with minimum age the 16 years
